Life’s looking pretty good for Neymar Jr in Saudi Arabia.

He signed a two-year deal with Al-Hilal worth $100 million per year, with the contract also coming with a bunch of crazy perks.

Apparently, one of those sweeteners is getting a mansion with all the staff Neymar could possibly want.

Let’s face it, nobody’s going to turn down that offer.

The question is, though, will Neymar move into a pad that’s already built, or will the 31-year-old star forward design his own?

Well, one designer’s had a go at creating it for him, with a set of incredible renders popping up on Instagram.

The AI-generated customized house for Neymar imagines what his future mansion will look like, and it’s impressive to say the least.

A multi-level mansion, it has white washed walls and roofs topped with green and golden domes.

The exterior of the property also features waterways lined with palm trees, and more than enough lounging space to soak up the sun.

The same colors feature heavily on the interior of the property, too, with the floors covered in green tiles and furnishings finished in gold fabric.

Huge chandeliers hang from the ceilings, and several of the living spaces include indoor swimming pools.

It may only be a concept house, but it’s likely not far off what the player will actually be living in, as apparently he’s got expensive taste.

Allegedly, he’s demanded a 25-bedroom mansion with three saunas, a pool that’s 10m wide and 40m long, and a fleet of high-end cars.

Not only that, but he also wants five full-time workers in the house, including a sous chef to assist her personal chef from Brazil, and two people for cleaning work.

Oh, and he wants the fridge to be stocked with his favorite drink, Acai juice, and Guarana drinks for his friends and family.

Doesn’t ask for much, does he?

Lionel Messi lives in a $5 million penthouse in Miami and most of us would call that ‘good enough’.

Mind you, Miami-based architect Jose Veliz thinks he can do better, and has designed a crazy $50 million mansion specifically for the star.

Dubbed Messi Mansion in Miami, the conceptual architectural project takes inspiration from Lionel Messi’s logo.

The iconic ‘M’ shape is clearly visible from the sky, proudly displayed on the roof of the three-story mansion, and it defines the shape of the entire house.

The ‘Messi Mansion’ has five swimming pools in total, a soccer pitch, a tennis court, three helipads and a large dock for Messi’s yachts.

It also features a sizable car garage and a beautiful garden on the rooftop.

This being Miami, the mansion is adorned with palm trees.

Inside, you’ve got game rooms, a party room, and a home theater.

Lionel Messi is having a tremendous impact in the US after joining David Beckham’s Inter Miami.

The seven-time Ballon d’Or winner helped Inter Miami win their first-ever title, scoring 10 goals in eight games.

Inter Miami’s value has skyrocketed since Messi joined.

David Beckham bought Inter Miami for ‘just’ $25 million just a few years ago, and the club is now valued at around $700 million.

And then of course, this being 2023, we’ve got to bear in mind the ‘Instagram index’.

Inter Miami gained over 10 million followers on Instagram in just 24 hours after signing Lionel Messi.

The club has 14.5 million followers on Instagram now, more than any other MLS franchise.

This amazing oceanfront beach house in Santa Barbara belongs to Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher.

It’s their summer home and since they don’t really use it very often, the oceanfront home is often available on Airbnb.

Given its location and the celebrity factor, you’d expect it the cost an arm and a leg but, believe it or not, it’s currently available for free.

Four lucky guests are going to have the once in a lifetime opportunity to experience the cottage for free thanks to a charity initiative.

Meals and snacks will be provided as well.

The two-bedroom, one-bathroom house will be at their disposal for two days.

So where’s the catch? Believe it or not there isn’t one.

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis’ ‘Oceanfront Oasis‘ is always available on Airbnb and it will be exceptionally available for free just for this weekend.

This is because Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis and Airbnb teamed up with Thorn, a charity organization founded by Kutcher and his then wife Demi Moore in 2012.

As crazy as it may sound, this is not exactly unheard of.

Most celebrities own multiple homes and they sometimes Airbnb the ones they never (or hardly ever) use.

In fact, Airbnb is packed with luxury homes owned by singers, actors, famous athletes and public figures, and other crazy homes available as well.

Not that long ago, a host named Ken was offering a real-life Barbie home in Malibu.

Adele hasn’t wasted any time transforming her new Beverly Hills mansion.

The songstress dropped $58 million on the 18,587 square-foot property previously owned by Sylvester Stallone last year.

But, rather than giving the walls a fresh lick of paint before moving in, she’s completely torn down the mega mansion and is currently rebuilding it.

Clearly, the 35-year-old was more fond of the land the property sits on rather than the home itself.

Her new pad, located in the exclusive guard-gated enclave of North Beverly Park, is now undergoing some pretty extensive remodelling.

The entire property has been ripped apart, with only the annex and swimming pool staying put. 

Interestingly, she’s decided to keep the statue of Stallone’s character Rocky, which overlooks the huge outdoor pool in the backyard.

A few months ago, the actor revealed that Adele insisted his bronze statue of Rocky Balboa remain at the house.

Stallone admitted that he had every intention of taking the poolside sculpture of the fictional boxing champion punching the air with him.

However, Adele insisted it was staying, otherwise the deal to buy the house would be off.

The same can’t be said for the statue of a polo player on a horse on the opposite side of the garden, though.

As part of the remodelling works, Adele has had the statue torn down, which is likely to rub Stallone up the wrong way.

An avid fan of the sport, his family has a long history with polo, as his late father Frank played professionally back in his native Italy.

The Rocky legend previously stated that he thinks the singer has great taste, but we’re not entirely sure he’ll be happy with her plans.

Stallone was forced to reduce the price of the property significantly before it eventually sold.

Initially listed for $110 million, he reduced the price to $85 million, before he accepted Adele’s offer of barely half his original asking price.

To be fair, Adele won’t be bothered – she bagged herself a bargain and it looks like she’s determined to make the most of it.

Cher might be known for her chart-topping hits and movies, but it turns out she’s also got an impressive real estate portfolio.

The diva’s former Miami mega mansion has just hit the market for a whopping $42.5 million.

According to the book ‘Cher: You Haven’t Seen the Last of Me’, the singer purchased the home for $1.5 million in 1993 and used it as a retreat from fame.

She only owned the property three years, though, before selling it to Calvin Klein cofounder Barry K. Schwartz for $4.35 million.

In August 2020, it was listed for $22 million and eventually sold a year later for $17 million.

Now the 12,450-square foot waterfront property is back on the market for more than twice as much.

Located on the secluded La Gorce Island, the Spanish contemporary estate has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

As you walk through the door, you’re greeted by over 19-foot ceilings and grand dual staircases, as well as Brazilian oak floors.

Per the listing, the home was designed for entertaining.

The secluded home has social rooms, formal salons and a chef’s kitchen.

On the property’s main level, there’s a VIP suite.

The main bedroom has “a sitting room, marble clad bath with stunning center shower for two, oversized custom closet, and a sunrise terrace,” according to the listing.

The Miami home has three additional bedrooms on the upper level in addition to two privately accessed guest quarters.

It also offers an assortment of wellness amenities, including a top floor fitness studio, a cold plunge, outdoor shower, and a spa.

Then there’s a 50-foot resort-style pool, a Palm Beach style pool house, and a sun deck.

The property’s likely to appeal to boat lovers, as it comes with 158 feet of linear water frontage.

The gated community of La Gorce Island features only 30 waterfront properties and offers 24/7 patrol service.

It’s not the only property with links to the singer to come up for sale, though.

Cher’s still looking for a buyer for her $75 million Malibu home, which originally came to market with an asking price of $85 million.

After not being able to find a buyer, the listing was pulled, only to return six months later with a $10 million price cut.

This insane Bubble Palace may look like it belongs on the set of a children’s TV show.

But it was actually the home of legendary designer Pierre Cardin.

Following his passing, the iconic property has come to market with a staggering price tag.

The bubbly structure in Cannes, France was designed by mid-century architect Antti Lovag.

Dubbed Le Palais Bulles or the Bubble Palace, it was sold in 1992 to fashion designer Cardin as a holiday home.

The conceptual house features a sequence of interconnected, terracotta-colored domes spanning over 1,300 square feet with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The 2.1-acre property is spread out across six levels and includes gardens and three pools.

It boasts 29 rooms, a 500-seat open-air amphitheater overlooking the Mediterranean, a reception hall, and other amenities housed within its domes.

With 10 space-age bedroom suites decorated and furnished by contemporary artists to choose from, at least no one has to share bedrooms. 

A big headache for guests must be deciding which way round to sleep on the circular beds. 

Cardin never actually lived in the sculptural house as he had other properties nearby.

However, he told the French newspaper Le Figaro that he has “known nothing but happiness [here], including magical evenings and unforgettable parties. I’ve hosted many celebrities here.”

The Bubble Palace hosted many star-studded after-parties for the Cannes Film Festival and major fashion galas, such as the Dior Cruise Collection 2016.

Cardin also rented out the Bubble Palace for commercials and other events for a reported $33,000 per day.

The architectural marvel was last listed in 2017 with a $383,719,000 price tag but didn’t find a buyer.

It’s back on the market and with an even higher listing price of $456,000,000 and rumour has it, it’s Europe’s most expensive home.

Not only will the buyer have deep pockets – they’ll also need to be fond of its wacky architectural design.

Michael Jordan is trying to sell his mansion in Chicago.

This wouldn’t be news-breaking material per se since celebrities regularly flip their homes.

What makes it surprising is MJ has been trying to offload this particular home for ten years at this point.

And now he’s even offering a complete set of Air Jordans to sweeten the deal.

Located in the suburbs of Chicago, the 7-acre compound offers 56,000 square feet of usable space and it is basically a shrine to MJ.

The gate, for example, was custom built for MJ and has the number ’23’ welded on it.

Outside Michael Jordan’s mansion you’ll find a tennis court, a round infinity pool with a grass island in the middle, a fish pond, and a golf course.

The property was built from scratch for the former NBA star and it shows.

Inside, among other things, you’ll find a full-size basketball court complete the iconic ‘Jumpman’ silhouette in the middle.

The main dining room is adorned with what is perhaps the quirkiest feature of the house: a dinner table decorated with a grid based on the streets of Baghdad, Iraq.

Why did the six-time NBA champion choose Baghdad of all cities? We’re not sure, but it’s yet another feature that makes the home unique.

So what exactly is wrong with the house?

A couple of things.

First, it’s very expensive.

It was originally listed for $29 million and even though the price has dropped several times, it is still by far the most expensive home in the area, priced at $14.85 million.

Plus, lest we forget, it costs around $120,000 per year in property taxes.

Second, the home has ‘Michael Jordan’ written all over it, and this may deter buyers who’d rather purchase something they can decorate themselves.

Bruce Bowers of Bowers Realty Group, the firm that holds the listing, hit the nail right on the head.

“It’s clearly [Michael Jordan’s] home,” he said. “There’s a lot of work that would have to be done to make it your own.”

An Instagram page called Architectural Evolution has redesigned Batman’s lair, ie the Batcave, and it looks outstanding.

Black is obviously the dominant color but even so, the mansion looks and feels alive and even warm.

The exterior is indeed shaped like a cave, but it’s modern and luxurious.

It looks like the house was carved from stone by a sculptor, and it vaguely resembles a flying saucer that’s landed somewhere in the mountains.

For the interior, you’ve got several different materials.

Everything is either black or dark grey, from the wooden ceiling to the marble floor to the slabstone bathroom furnishings.

Black is definitely the new black when it comes to Batman.

Amazingly, despite the fact that black was the only color used, the house feels tridimensional.

The walls in the lounge, for example, are made from black marble.

The living room features vaulted ceiling carved from rock, warm LED lights, black sofas, fire pits and black carpeting.

They follow the same design language and yet they look different, giving the house a little extra spark.

Obviously, you’ve got plenty of room for all your Bat toys as well.

You’ve got a long and swooping driveway outside of the house and another one behind the house, and then a garage on the first floor.

You’ve also got plenty of room to park your black Lamborghini in the living room too.

What about the real-world Batcave?

Production studios have used different locations for the Batcave throughout the years.

There’s one in particular that stands out and unfortunately it’s for the wrong reasons.

For the 2005 movie Batman Begins, Warner Bros. used Mentmore Towers, a country house located in England that’s currently abandoned.

The 70-room (!) mansion was once owned by the Rothschild family, before being sold off to a property developer who wanted to turn it into a 5-star hotel.

It never happened, and the house is currently rotting away.

What you’re looking at here is the second most expensive home in the US.

It could be yours too, because it’s currently for sale.

You’ll have to have deep pockets though because it’s currently listed for $155 million.

There’s no denying that’s an insane amount of money.

But, if you can stump up the cash, you’re getting what’s said to be one of the finest estates in the world.

Sitting on 4.68 acres in the heart of Holmby Hills, it offers complete privacy bordering the Los Angeles Country Club.

It certainly looks the part too because the exterior of the property is entirely clad in limestone.

Called The Manor, it has 56,000 square feet of living space and offers just about every amenity imaginable.

For starters, it boasts 14 bedrooms, should you wish to lay your head somewhere different each night.

Then there’s 27 bathrooms, just in case you fancy a change of scenery. 

Entertaining guests isn’t a problem, as The Manor has its own bowling alley, and a professional screening room.

When it comes to chilling out, there are rolling lawns and rose gardens to explore, as well as a library.

You don’t even have to leave the property to have your hair or makeup done, as it has its very own beauty salon, too.

And if you have the kind of cash required to buy this place, you probably have your own glam squad too.

The listing by Carolwood Real Estate says it’s “a rare opportunity to acquire one of the most important estates ever created”.

But does it deserve to be the second most expensive home in the US?

Social media has weighed in, and people aren’t convinced.

“I’m seeing nothing worth $155 million,” one person said.

“I’m offended by how tiny the pool is for how big the house is,” another said.

One person was more interested in the carpets saying, “I just want to figure out how to vacuum like that”.

This mansion sits on top of a skyscraper 400 feet above the ground. 

The $20 million penthouse was built on top of Kingfisher Towers in Bengaluru (previously Bangalore) in India and was constructed for a billionaire. 

You’d never know it was 400 feet in the air because this place legitimately looks like a Beverly Hills home, it’s even surrounded by a grassy lawn.

Sprawled over 40,000 square feet, the home has two stories, with an incredible 360-degree view over the city. 

To enjoy the view, the home is surrounded by an open deck and boasts an infinity pool, too. 

And for easy access, the owner also designed it with a helipad on the roof. 

Despite sitting on top of 42 apartments below it, the home offers complete privacy. 

It shares nothing with the apartments below – even boasting two private elevators so the owners never have to share with others in the building.

The mansion was commissioned by a man called Vijay Mallya.

Kingfisher Towers was built on a 4.5-acre piece of land where Mallya’s ancestral home used to sit. 

It’s believed the sky-high mansion was built to resemble the original family home, too.

But it’s rumored Mallya has never actually seen the home.

The businessman reportedly fled India and moved to the UK before the build was ever finished, and hasn’t returned to India since. 

In fact, the Indian government is reportedly trying to extradite him back to face charges of financial crimes. 

Reactions to the home have been mixed. 

Many have praised the originality of the home, while others have taken a far less positive view. 

“When you can’t decide between a castle or a penthouse,” one woman said. 

“This is the perfect home in case there’s a zombie apocalypse,” another said.  

They weren’t all so positive, though. 

“Why would you have a sky mansion in one of the hottest cities with glass surrounding it? An architectural nightmare to keep cool,” one said. 

Others took issue with it based on where it was built. 

“This is hyper-dystopian, an oasis away from the commoners, and shouldn’t be celebrated,” one said. 

“This is how you know there is such incredible disparity of wealth and poverty when you need to build your palace on top of a skyscraper to escape from the masses,” another said.
